The FA & Premier League must know they are on dodgy ground giving out penalties to acts committed by children beyond a warning and request to WATCH YOURSELF.
Otherwise I am sure we will see a black kid come out and say Harry Kane threw a stone at me in the playground when he was 8.

I can't see that the FA will punish him with a ban or fine for something he did when he was a kid.
They may instruct him to do some form of awareness training etc. I'm not even sure they could legally ban him for doing something as a child? It would certainly be open to legal challenge if they did.

If this results in a ban I suggest everyone start trawling all the history on all the Prem teams above us to see if they have misspoke on social media and have as many banned as possible, even if their parents have done so too because it’s all the same DNA right?
